I’m Doug Shoemaker, a Certified Mortgage Advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping people purchase and refinance homes. My role is to help clients understand the mortgage market, evaluate their options, and make confident decisions based on their individual goals—not pressure them into a one-size-fits-all loan.
Kathie and I work together to create a mortgage experience that feels personal and well organized. I provide the mortgage education, personalized market analysis, and loan strategy, while Kathie keeps clients informed with consistent updates throughout the process. Our clients frequently tell us that our communication helped them feel comfortable, prepared, and confident from application through closing.
We are also committed to remaining a resource long after the loan is complete. Whether a past client has a question about the market, wants to review a refinancing opportunity, or needs the name of a trusted local professional, we want them to know they can always call us.
